What do you think about this shotwell grange?

A guy is offering me this card for $1,000. In fact, he is offering me the whole set for 2600. What do you think of the prices and while I know it's graded, you think it's real? Please advise.

I don't know how to put up a pic. If you run shotwell grange on eBay completed listings you will find it didn't sell at 1,050. It's an ad back #9
