ID help Baltimore player Purcell?
I have this photo of a Baltimore player written across the bottom is charles w Purcell sr. I can't find anyone by that name in baseball references. I know it may be whoever took the photo etc. Just wondered if anyone could Id the player or year.

Maybe a relative of Blondie Purcell? He played for Baltimore later in his career.

To me the uniform looks 1920's or early 1930's. Could be a semi-pro team in Baltimore.

I found reference to a Charles Purcell being selected to the ""Old Timers Baseball Association of Maryland" but apparently that group doesn't have a website.
