1935 Football Card I Need Help? Any others known? Indiana Sport Avion

I believe this is my first post in the Football Forum

Can anyone provide any information on this card? I have translated the back and I do not think it provides much info... I am aware of the set of cards Ruth etc. but not this one in particular. I would love to know the teams, rarity, value?
