Customer Service
Back in the day the mantra in sales was "The customer is always right", or at least you made him think that. Apparently times have changed for this eBay seller who states the following before a bid is even made:
HERE IS A SENTENCE FOR ALL THE STUPID PEOPLE ON EBAY AND THERE IS A OF ALL!! IVE BEEN ON EBAY SINCE 2007 WHEN THERE IS A FAKE AUTOGRAPH LISTED IT GETS TAKEN DOWN AND FLAGGED BY EBAY. IF I WAS LOOKING TO SELL FAKES I WOULD NOT BE ON EBAY FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS SELLING AUTOGRAPHS AND ITEMS. SO PLEASE DO NOT WRITE THAT THIS IS FAKE!!! NO STUPID NO WHINERS NO IDIOTS OR DO NOT BUY FROM ME IS THIS CLEAR AND UNDERSTOOD!!! I WILL BLOCK YOU WITH A QUICKNESS! Passion trumps grammar or perhaps "It takes one to know one".
