Default WTB: Dode Criss

Hi All,

I'm going to dip my big toe in the T206 ocean by starting with Dode Criss.

Why Dode Criss? Because he shares my birthday (a heartly Thanks! to clydepepper for his T206 Birthday thread).

I figure a back run will be a fun way to start off!

So if you've got any lyin' around, please let me know.

Thanks, Dave

Default If you like a marathon

You may enjoy collecting T206's for years.
It's a long run.

Welcome, Dave.

What are you looking for, condition-wise? Graded/ungraded?

Email sent.

Thanks for the welcome!

Graded or ungraded is fine. Lower grade to keep it affordable. Would really prefer cards that would grade numerically. Hope that helps, Dave

Dave, there are a lot of ways in which to collect cards and collection by birth date is one of them. I don't have a spare Criss, but here is a short list of other early cards you may wish to put on your want list. All were born March 12th. Let me know if you would like to see the list extended.

Denny Lyons 1898 Cameo Pepsin Gum Pins

John Beall 1909 Obak

George McAvoy 1912 Zeenuts

Walter Mattick 1916, 1917 Zeenuts

Reb Russell
1914 Cracker Jack
1915 Cracker Jack
1914 Polo Grounds
1916 BF2 Felt Pennants
1916 Sporting News M101-5
1917 Sporting News M101-4
1917 White Sox Team Issue

Bah! I haven't even purchased my first T206 and you have me looking for other cards!

Just kidding, that list is great! Thank goodness I don't share a birthday with Ruth, Mantle or Gehrig, right?

If it's easy, I would love to see the rest of the list. Otherwise, it'll just be a research assignment for myself.

Thanks for the reply! Dave
