Lot of 104 1961 Topps graded baseball cards for sale (No longer available)

Up for sale is a lot of 104 1961 Topps graded cards, all in NM or better condition, PSA, SGC, and BVG.

I figured I'd revise this one last time, as I haven't seemed to spark anyone's interest as of yet.

After some research, I have concluded that a fair buying rate would be 50% to 60% of total value.
I checked the current SMR pricing and listed the value next to each card. In the case of half grades, I took a middle ground and even came down a bit on some cards.
The PSA cards with qualifiers I just decided to list at near mint value.

Based on this research, I am asking around 50% of the total value, which would be x. This price includes priority mail shipping and insurance.

Check or money order preferable. I don't have a payment processor such as Paypal.

In the end, I strive for complete satisfaction, so I will offer a refund if you're not totally satisfied. In this case, the buyer would just have to pay for the return shipping.
