Seller states graded by SGC which it clearly isn't and he admitted in an email to me.

I reported so please the more reports the better!

Gotta love the fact he lists the condition as "Very Good: An item that is used but still in very good condition. No
damage to the jewel case or item cover, no scuffs, scratches, cracks, or holes. The cover art and liner notes are included."

I know that is a generic description provided by Ebay for use in listings but still.

Dan, he sent me almost the exact same email, but then wanted to make a deal off of ebay for 1000. He told me once I got the card I could send it to SGC and have it graded.......I don't think so.
