Steven Fine
Does anyone know of or have an opinion on Steven Fine from either Deerfield, IL or Northbrook, IL as an authenticator oe autographs? Considering buying some autographs and his COA is what is being used but I have not heard of him before.

My recommendation would be to not rely solely on the TPA but use your knowledge as well, which I believe should be an unstated prerequisite to buying any collectible . As you know from this site TPAs can be wrong , and it seems that they are making more errors now than ever before..
Your knowledge and experience should be your first decision maker. Good Luck with your decision.
