T206 Tough Backs
What is a rough guideline to use on the premiums people place on their tough backs?
I'm always looking for tough backs, but some of these prices I see are ridiculous. Maybe an intelligent estimate of scarcity (like piedmont/sweet cap 1x, old mill/sov 1.5, epdg/cycle 2x, etc) Thanks in advance!
