Card guys need help - no luck on the Memorabilia side.

Anyone know who this Boston Red Sox or Brave is?

I could see the Carrigan but my first impression was of Cy Young who was with Boston the season before the year before you date this.

This artwork looks generic to me, which would make sense since the scorecard design was used in the New England League parks as well as the AL and NL facilities. Carrigan was hardly coverboy material that early in his career and it doesn't look like Young to me.
