This is another card from a collection I'm selling that was tucked away for the past 30-40 years by an old-school collector who cared little to nothing about third-party grading, Internet chat boards and/or set registries. This month I submitted some upper-tier Hall of Famers to SGC, along with a handful of relatively common pre-war cards I assumed would grade well.
I thought this E90-1 Tex Irwin had a chance to receive a decent number, so I was surprised when it came back in a 40/3 holder. I'm sure there's a legit reason; I just don't care much what it is. So, botttom line: I think it's a very nice-looking ball card. Price is $xxx delivered within the United States. Check or money order preferred; PayPal is OK. A commitment to buy takes precedence over an ongoing negotiation. ![]() Feel free to email any questions. Thanks, Rob wolfie51sb at aol.com Last edited by Rob D.; 03-31-2013 at 01:25 PM. |
