1932-33 Worch Cigar BUZZ ARLETT "Minor League Babe Ruth" Very Rare!

It is with more than a little sadness that I have decided to put my only Buzz Arlett card up for bids. It made my Ruth/Gehrig collection due to the fact that he was referred to as the Minor League Babe Ruth, but that's a bit of a stretch to make a Ruth collection, so here it is up for grabs.

This is a very rare 1932/33 Worch Cigar card of BUZZ ARLETT, one of the very few Buzz cards ever made. He is one of the only non-major league players who really transcends the sport into kind of an interesting icon. He was "the man" in the PCL for a long time, and historians love to argue about why he never became a big league star. There are other great threads on him on Net54 you can refer to. Unfortunately a previous owner actually wrote the set name on the back of the card, but otherwise the card really presents nicely.
