18th Annual PCL reunion
Is anyone on the left coast going to this event? I have not been in the last few years since it moved from the Oakland Museum to San Leandro. The link is from the SABR website that gives some information about it.
http://sabr.org/node/25110 Players from the old PCL(SF Seals, Sacramento Solons, Oakland Oaks...) have a get together and lunch and it is always fun to mingle with the old ballplayers who dont charge an arm and a leg for autographs. Ernie Broglio, Charlie Silvera, Cuno Barragan, Don Ferrarese, Fred Besana are a few of the living players that have attended recently.
