I think that with the picture on the right, the sun and shadows are making it appear that the ears are different, I think that it is the same guy.

That's what I was thinking before I read any of the responses. However, could just be the way the pictures were taken. The rest of their facial features are pretty close.

Light , shadow or what ever. The picture on the right has ears curve in above the ear lobe and not on the left picture. You can see the curve on both ears so lighting is not a factor. I say NO, maybe a brother though.
