1923 Baltimore Shirt Co Accordian Style Set of 20 Cards w/ Roy Wilkinson of Black Sox
For sale is a nearly impossible to find almost complete set of 1923 Baltimore Shirt Co set minus 1. This accordian style set of cards is only missing the first card in the set, George Muehlebach(Not a player in the set) and the covers to be complete . There are 20 cards total and all are as issued, meaning they are glued onto a paper backing and are a single accordian style strip. The single cards generally sell for $100-$200 ea when you can find them. A very scarce minor league series that is rarely seen. Several of the players in the set went onto major league careers and/or were seen in other sets prior to this one. Lots of popular players, Beals Becker, Dutch Zwilling, Lena Blackburne, Jimmie Zinn and many more.
