Stahl Meyer Mantle on eBay...Is this fake?

Guy claims he owned a card store and card was in storage for 30 years. This card just seems to good to be true. Any help would greatly be appreciated. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1953-STAHL-M...=item415efa71a
