There is a reason we have a process in place for registration. "God" only knows who this is that just tried to register a few minutes ago....but for a good laugh give this # a call .

IF you call and do get through you will get the drift of this thread....

Many folks have been put off by our registration process with the info that is required. I feel it's necessary to try to keep the rats from coming in under the door. It's not perfect but it's better than most systems.

Wow.....so I just spoke with Ike on the phone. He really is the guy that used to do the Hobbyinsider. He and I had a good talk and he totally understands why I thought this was not legit. He said he was asleep and had some kind of "movies" voicemail set up. So the recording we got wasn't him it was some sort of parody or something of a yelling preacher saying he wouldn't pay his bills or taxes or something. I dunno....strangest registration I have seen yet but ...WELCOME aboard, Ike.

sure is, his ebay is autocut as well as on other sportscard boards--from what I remember he was actually very helpful

Yes, i woke up and saw i had 25 missed calls and that I received calls from Wal Mart, Dave & Adams Card World, etc. At least everyone knows me now and I'm new here

Well, it was an honest mistake and I can see how he came to that conclusion. My phone was in the office on vibrate mode, so it didn't disturb anyone. Glad I was able to entertain while sleeping
