1925 Cincinnati Reds "hand me down" uni's
Can anyone shed some light on these 8 x 10 team photos?
The players are wearing 1925 Cincinnati Reds "hand me down" uni's. One is wearing a Clearfield, Pennsylvania uniform. One of the pictures is marked: C & C league 1929. The only Reds player from 1925 I've been able to identify as being from PA is "Rube" Bressler. I'm assuming he may have provided these to the local team. But who knows??? Thanks for your time, Chris
