FS - 1960 Topps Complete Set - Avg EX/MT - NM

Up for sale is a 1960 Topps complete set. I have put this set together from scratch and upgraded many of the cards. I have went through each card and would grade this on average an EX/MT - NM set. The high numbers are really strong. I am looking to get $3,000 delivered including insurance and signature confirmation. All offers are encouraged. I have broken down the set as follows:

Four of the star cards have not been graded: Gibson (NM), Spahn (EX/MT), Banks (EX/MT+) and Maris (EX/MT+).
Three of the star cards need to be upgraded: Aaron, McCovey and Berra

I have attached scans of graded and ungraded stars. I am sure most of you will want additional scans which I can supply as many as you need.

Man, what a nice set! Good luck in selling it. I would love to have some of the All-Stars and HoFers. Im working on a 60 HoF set and that would obviously fill the holes in the run lol
