Does any third party grader slab these?

SGC slabs them as authentic. They look nice too!

Long as the subject has come up, I have a nice Jackson with a tax stamp on the back Have been told that makes it even more desirable...thoughts? Do you see man with tax stamps?

Why would there be a revenue stamp on a tobacco insert?
