Default Ebay scammer ....He's back !!

yes those of you who remember the scammer Jeremy Markell may love to know he is back on ebay full force with several screen names. I think there are old threads about this guy and what he and his relatives did on Ebay in the past. that is unless there are two guys with the same name and M.O. that use Ebay to try to rip people off...LOL

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...:X:RTQ:US:1123

check the feedback out for JeremyPadilla. If this doesn't say volumes for Ebay's desperation I don't know what does. the guy signed up under his real name after he has already been kicked off once for defrauding people. How hilarious !!

Anyone who buys a card of that magnitude off ebay ungraded is a moron. Forrest Gump was right, "Stupid is as stupid does" The buyer gets EXACTLY what he deserves.

Can someone contact ebay about this or if you don't want to, can you leave a link so I can report him? He needs to be gone.

Unbelievable. I reported this to eBay, I think if others do the same thing, maybe something will get done.

Whoa. WTF is this crap? He buys a STATED Reprint of a Lajoie, then says he knows NOTHING bout it, and its the SAME ONE, and he's allowed to make a 150.00 profit and screw the public? Moronic buyer or not, this has got to stop.

Then this Cobb. "I dont know the history of the card" other than it is a freaking forgery.

Ebay really stinks if they are letting people like this on there, along w all the autograph forgers. And buyers, get a clue, if it looks too good to be true, its most likely a forgery or blatant undescribed reproduction.!!!!!!!!!!!

Can't we just get our kids or pets to get an ebay id and bid high for these fakes and then don't pay? It's been a long time since I setup my ebay account. Is this idea possible now?

Now you can pay, say it's not what you thought, get a refund, and keep the card.

I'm more inclined to agree that they might be associates or family members of the seller. If you look at the old posts on this guy, I believe his sister and other friends tried posting in his defense on the board. It was totally ridiculous and reminded me of an episode of Trailer Park Boys

I think these people may all be linked through the "flea market" network. I also heard that irish travellers were some of the people selling these fakes on Ebay. It would not surprise me if either turned out to be true in this sellers case.
