Vintage Baseball Toy Ball--Need Help

Hello everyone,

I'm more of a card guy. My wife bought this for me at a yard sale a couple of years back for a dollar. Interesting baseball designs which I assume are vintage. Not really sure how to describe the fabric, but the stitch patterns are definitely not current. Has multiple surface abrasions as seen from photo and manufacturer is not identified. Approximate date and rough value?
