4 - Mize
5 - Feller
6 - Berra
9 - Cooper
17 - Slaughter
18 - Spahn
28 - Verban
29 - Page
37 - Hartung
39 - Galan
44 - Wyrostek
45 - Sauer
47 - Thomson

(Yes, I realize they are on eBay—and everywhere else, frankly—but I figured I would poke around here first.)
