1950 Felt Backs-Novel Packaging

Well, after rebuilding my crashed hard drive, I was reinstalling my backups (backed up all my BB Card research but not much else) and noted this screen grab I made some time ago. Topps in the early 50's was an interesting place to be, I'll bet although the card could be third party and not from Topps:
