Am guessing this one doesn't count, but 1972 NL Pitching (Wins) leaders shows Carlton on the Cards, but he has a 1972 Topps Traded card with Phils.

This one is legit. 1977 Bill Campbell - Bosox on regular card and Twins on Leading Firemen.

Correct. So far:
1) 1963 Runnels (Hou / Bos)
2) 1964 Bunning (Phi / Det)
3) 1965 D. Stuart (Phi / Bos)
4) 1966 F. Robinson (Balt / Cin)
5) 1971 T. Conigliaro (Cal / Bos)
6) 1977 Bill Campbell (Bos / Min)
7) 1978 Hisle (Mil / Min)

C'mon. Only 4 left, though two are ridiculously difficult; One not so hard; and one a guy mentioned above, but in a different card set.

I found one that should have been but was a mistake by Topps, Dick Donovan led the AL in ERA in 1961 for the Washington Senators but on the 1962 Topps AL ERA Leaders card he is mistakenly listed as a member of Cleveland, on his regular card he is listed with the Cleveland Indians who he was traded to after the 1961 season was over.

I wouldn't count traded cards as regular issue. 72 Steve Carlton, 74 Mike Marshall, and 76 Mickey Rivers are not answers in this trivia question.
