I would be even more impressed if Weston's card showed him doing some head cracking with his cane while on a walk.

I think you are referring to a little bit of this action...

My first graded Willie Mays, acquired in November, certainly makes me happy.

Actually, the Mays was acquired end of 2022.

That was a bad edit. I was going to post my first Jackie Robinson, which I picked up in November.

Both make me happy, so what the hell.

It’s a really nice three.

It's fun going back through this thread and revisiting all the wonderful cards shown. The diversity is amazing.

Here's a Gehrig to share today. Definitley makes me happy.

This Pacific Coast Biscuit Ossie Vitt card was shown in the recent D311 thread, but he nudged me and said that folks might smile, just like his owner, at the hand manipulated borders over here in this neck of the Net54 woods.

Yes, smile accomplished.
Almost as much as the Melchoir "Runs like a Sissy" card; that's my fave.

Brian, the hand-manipulated borders may have been intentionally done this way so as to be in sync with the slant of Mr. Vitt's head.

Thanks Ben and Val, and now that I look at it, Vitt does appear to be reacting to the upper right border encroachment.
