I found a Honus Wagner bat card on eBay. Destroying a bat once used by Honus Wagner is crazy.
Does anyone have documented sources (articles or thread links) of fraud concerning game used cards? |

Dealers were just recently convicted of selling faked gu jerseys to card manufacturers. Though I have no knowledge the jerseys were of old players.
Modern player jersey card are in particular an issue, as people switch swatches to get a more desirable color pattern, stitching, patch or whatever. Collectors will pay more for a tri color swatch than a boring monocolor one. What i said is true, I don't need to be no stinkin' documented sources. Last edited by drc; 05-29-2012 at 01:45 PM. |
