I enjoy reading this thread and i wasn't going to comment, but here's my 2 cents. I am by no means taking sides, but i really enjoy seeing what others have to offer! I see it as a sharing of knowledge, seeing what's out there and what looks good. The more i see and read about the more chances it gives me to explore new avenues to branch out my collection(which is miniscule).
Carry on

Here are the pictures I would want painted if I had the cash (and someday I might!)
This Ty Cobb picture would be perfect cause I would like to have the boy in it substituted for my son and that way i could tell my son that he actually time traveled once! ![]() tycobb boy.jpg One of my all tiem favorite Baseball photos, This would also be a test for Graig to see how he would paint a painting ![]() speaker.jpg 1888 Pittsburgh Alleghenys, man imagine this one painted by Graig! That grandstand would be out of this world! 1888_pittsburg_alleghenys.jpg A KILLER shot of the 1912 Red Sox warming up! 10378v.jpg nuff said bout this one! martini.jpg a great shot of my favorite team the 1908 Cubs. Graig is working on a similar one of the Yanks Cubs1908.jpg always thought this was a cool shot of Chaplin though Id probably stick to Baseball chaplin.jpg |

Sean,
Wow! All of these are awesome images. I think the biggest challenge would be to decide which one to have painted by Graig.... |

I agree Scott! I would probably go with the Cobb if I could convince Graig to paint my son in where the boy is. Thought it would be fun for others to post their dream painting pics

Sean,
Of the baseball, I like the Cobb best. Of all of them, I think the Chaplin would probably be the best showcase of Graig's talents. All the light transitions across his hat, face, hands, etc all from a match, no less, would really allow the magic to shine through. While not really a Chaplin enthusiast, I can only imagine how great that would look. Best, Mark
