When I was in college, back around 1978, I was an English class with Bill Veeck's daughter. When I raised a question about those shorts, she said that the players said that they were comfortable. Of course, even if they were comfortable, they still could have, and should have, hated them.

Ill nominate a couple as well....

Saskatoon Blades of the WHL (Western Hockey League). Denim Jerseys were intended to be a celebration of the following weekend's Professional Bull Riders (PBR) Canadian finals....




But these take the cake i think. Alaska Ace's Valentines day jerseys

What about the san diego padres from the early/mid 80's? I mean they were flat out awful, i almost felt sorry for steve garvey......

Many of these '71 Topps Basketball cards were taken with the player's jersey on backwards. Looks like TOPPS didn't want to spend the dough on the licensing fees... AGAIN!
