Several PSA 4 commons have sold recently at auction for $900-$1200 with BP. Since it's an early back (1909 only) and pretty tough to find in high grade a decent PSA 5 common would probably run about $2K.
I agree that Brown Hindus are relatively plentiful compared with Broad Leaf 350s and Carolina Brights, for example. The pop reports bear this out. But Brown Hindu seems to be a favorite among many collectors and that leads to a considerable premium above what scarcity alone would justify. Last edited by sreader3; 05-05-2012 at 02:33 PM.
