Just don't make a negative remark about Heritage on this board. I did and though I never have bid with them I was registered on the site.
After commenting on something about them on this board, I could no longer log onto the site. They bar people for asserting the right to free speech. Ask Travis Roste, it happened to him also.

I have nothing bad to say about heritage. it seems to me they run a pretty clean business.

Make of this what you want but straight from their Terms and Conditions of Auction-
21. The Auctioneer, its affiliates, or their employees consign items to be sold in the Auction, and may bid on those lots or any other lots. Auctioneer or affiliates expressly reserve the right to modify any such bids at any time prior to the hammer based upon data made known to the Auctioneer or its affiliates. The Auctioneer may extend advances, guarantees, or loans to certain consignors.
