When your soon to be 3 yr old can name every player in the E98 set, asks you daily to show him cards & takes one to sleep in his crib each night

when you cut out missing children's pictures from milk cartons hoping they will end up in the bigs. Don't know whether these would be classified as Rookie cards or Hookie Cards.
