The Mays in the OP is secretarial. It's too bad since it "looks" better than the real deal.

It sounds like my worries about the Mays being a TTM sectarial signature were right. Too bad, I was hoping it was some sort of variant I had not seen but it does definitely look feminine and not like his vintage signature (which wouldn't make sense on this card) or his more common signature you see now. Oh well, thanks for the confirmation though. Anyone have any thoughts on the Mantle or the Maris. I am pretty confident about both but would like to hear more opinions. Thanks for the feedback guys.

I appreciate your compassion about my Willie Mays signed card but I did have an idea it was bad when I got it. It came in a big lot of cards though and I got into them all at a pretty good price so no worries. Appreciate your honesty though, this is a great forum and resource for collectors. Thanks again. No, sorry, we can't ask questions from those guys, they are the untouchables. We can only ask questions for Sipe, Mueller to explain themselves, not these guys, it's not fair.
