If it looks like "Willie Mays" it's not.

The Mays in the OP is secretarial. It's too bad since it "looks" better than the real deal.

It sounds like my worries about the Mays being a TTM sectarial signature were right. Too bad, I was hoping it was some sort of variant I had not seen but it does definitely look feminine and not like his vintage signature (which wouldn't make sense on this card) or his more common signature you see now. Oh well, thanks for the confirmation though. Anyone have any thoughts on the Mantle or the Maris. I am pretty confident about both but would like to hear more opinions. Thanks for the feedback guys.

Hi Josh. I felt bad when I saw your Willie Mays. That's why I asked you if got it TTM. Yes, his wife signed that card.

I appreciate your compassion about my Willie Mays signed card but I did have an idea it was bad when I got it. It came in a big lot of cards though and I got into them all at a pretty good price so no worries. Appreciate your honesty though, this is a great forum and resource for collectors. Thanks again. Thoughts on the Maris or the Mantle?

yeah, that does look interesting. but no comment I am sure because it is from the wrong organization otherwise it would be the great train robbery if it were GA and if it were TM, then get a rope!

I wonder what Grad has to say, or Rullo? Why don't they know Willie Mays?

No, sorry, we can't ask questions from those guys, they are the untouchables. We can only ask questions for Sipe, Mueller to explain themselves, not these guys, it's not fair.

I'm glad you posted this, another one for the pile. I got a screenshot.

It is the opinion of PSA/DNA Authentication Services that the signature(s) is/are genuine.

According to the Certification Database, this item is defined as follows:

Item: PSA Card

Primary Subject: WILLIE MAYS

Result/Grade: Authentic

Notes: Signatures also include Duke Snider.
