SGC Pop report: Wrong info???

So I'm looking at a few cards to buy and wanted to check on the pop report. One of the cards is listed as 1 80 and non higher, so I went to the set reg. and found one in someones set that's an 84!!! WTF?

I then wanted to check another card I'm lookning at (it's a 70) pop says only 1 70 and 1 80 non higher, so go to the reg. again and find 2 70s!!! Is it even worth looking at???..

Reg...if it's a set like T206s, the SGC pop report is broken out by year, back, etc, so you might have to look in several different areas to get an accurate count.

Yes but even if I put in a specific players name (and card description) it shows all the years and was still the same info?

It's such a pain in a$$ site if you look at the whole set, having to guess what page a player is on. I find PSAs pop report way easier to nav.

This is another example. I just won this and it doesn't even show up on the pop. report????

SGC pop report shows 2 cards at that grade level but doesn't tell you if its the portrait or batting pose. Thats where your card is listed. All cards with more than one pose usually has them listed seperate and unknown poses with no pose listed. Also, when searching T206 pops, first click on the baseball icon, then check the box for T206, then enter the last name. This way you don't have to guess what page the card would be on. Remember, Assorted Subjects are listed as 1909-1911, 150 Subjects are 1909's, 350 Subjects are 1910's and 460 Subjects are 1911's.
