Yea I was shocked at how much this went for. This went for almost 7x as much as what I paid for my signed Marquard, granted it isn't as nice.

Agreed. Collectors tend to prefer a nice steel tip fountain pen, or even a standard ball point. This looks to be a felt tip pen.

Here's mine -- same SGC grade, but the signature is much clearer as it is a steel tip fountain pen. This was my first ever signed T206 card:

STOOPID money (...tm dk). means to me you've been doing a good job getting collectors interested in signed t206s OP

but seriously, STOOPID money. you could've had a marquard plus a couple other signed t206s from paul just a couple months back on the bst.

also agreed sig is not very clean either.

+1 T206Collector has created a fair amount of autographed T206 *buzz* over the years.

Hey Brent,

There is a thread on the Memorabilia side on ACE finally landing on ebay's banned list. Any thoughts?

You are still a contractor for Justin, right?

Certainly don't mean to derail this thread. Rather, just an invitation if you have not seen the tread.

Hey, no I'm not involved with ACE anymore. I don't know why I'm still on the site. I only certified a few players, but saw all of these fakes being certified and just stopped.

Marquard is easily the most plentiful T206 star player signature. His signature is not hard at all to find. However, I have seen his signed baseballs go for good prices, so the object matters apparently.
