Copes Golf SGC on eBay last night - who got 'em?
Last night about half of the 1900 Copes Golf set was ending individually on eBay. The cards were mostly in great shape, all graded by SGC, with a great number of SGC 84's in the group.
In the last hour there were no bids on most of them (starting price $140 for most), and I thought there was a chance I could scoop up a good deal of them. Alas I only ended up with a few of the SGC 50's and 60's, but still thought the prices for the NM SGC 84's weren't bad at all ($150 - $250-ish per card). So who was it that was outbidding me on most of them? Great pickups on those high-end cards to whoever got them!
