Is there a linc to David's ticket you mentioned? If not, David could you post it? Sure sounds like it's a nice one.
Here it is, Mike.

OMG! David, that's one great ticket and definitely a holy grail. I don't think I've seen another. Thanks!

Mike,
FYI, there is going to be another one in a PSA slab in the upcoming Heritage Catalog Auction ending on April 26-27.....

That's a final game of streak ticket (30 April 1939), Scott, not a Lou Gehrig Appreciation Day ticket (4 July 1939).

David,

My apologies.
I did know that the one in Heritage's auction was the last game of the streak, but I had a brain fart about the significance of your ticket even though I've seen you post it before. BTW, I do love your ticket!!

Does anyone know how rare the July 4th, 1939 tickets are? Like I said, I haven't seen one before David's, but I don't always look at the auctions.

Mike,

PSA pop report:

July 4th Game: 2 (1 signed and 1 unsigned) + David's =3 I know of.

Season Yankee Pass: 1 ( Ted williams first game, Gehrig 7/4 game and valid 4/30 gehrig streak ends) + the one I bought= 2 I know of.

Sooo.....most likely RARE.
