John - I concur... T210's are one of the most inconsistently graded cards by PSA and SGC. They just don't know how to deal with the red border chipping.... I have seen cards like John's get a 5, 4, 3, and 2. All over the board. When a superb one comes along with maybe a spec of red missing, they tend to undergrade those as well even if all 4 corners are sharp. Bottom line - too many grader's with different opinions. I put no stock in the number from grading companies. I am not even disappointed with it either... It's just an expectation. I look at the slabs as protection and a nice way to display, but that is it. (Prefer em raw)

Wow! I love old buildings. Part of it comes from growing up in a suburb of Pittsburgh. There are a lot of old beautiful houses and buildings in and around the 'burgh.
