Default Hal Chase

Hal Chase was indicted as an alleged middleman in the Black Sox scandal. However, he avoided extradition to Chicago, from his home in California.
His role in the scandal was never definitively established. Baseball Commissioner Kenesaw Mountain Landis never officially expelled Chase from org-
anized baseball.
