In terms of relative scarcity, you can get a feel for it by checking out the PSA pop report...I would caution against using this too precisely, but it can give you an idea.
Take Foxx as an example. PSA counts grading 450 of his '33 Goudey #29. PSA counts grading 146 of his '38 Goudey #249. So if you figure about 1/3 as many '38 as '33 you might be somewhere close. Cheers, Blair
