Here is my concern:
The feedback rating in the link on the high bidder is 0%, so I assume it is a bidder that has not bid in a long period of time. The bidder percentage with this buyer is now 100.00 % which is over 70% higher than when I checked on it yesterday. http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.d..._None_ViewLink
