1) No DH.
2) Make it more likely that small and mid-market teams can hold on to their home grown talent--players like Fielder and Votto. Don't know how to accomplish this legally or fairly would make the game much better. 3) Give World Series home field advantage to the league that has the best won-loss record in interleague games compiled over the course of the season--not the arbitrary victor of the all star game. 3b) Allow pitchers to throw at batters who gaze wonderously in amazemant at their own home runs and flip their bats at the plate. I guess I don't really believe this but I sure hate it.
