Unfortunately, it is our society as a whole. Everyone looks for the negative. The media/news keeps pushing it at us, over and over every day. Right before Xmas I went to my local lunch diner and my bill was $12. I gave the lady at the counter a $100 and said that I didn't want any change, just treat the next several people to lunch. She looked at me as if I had three heads and said that was the "weirdest" request she had ever gotten. Really?? You can't just do anything positive any more without being evaluated for mental health or some kind of ulterior motive.
Sad that it has come to this, but we all have the power to change it!!! |
