D304 reprints can easily be identified by looping the name/team area. If that area has a dot pattern in it like the picture, then they are fakes. If that area is clear and the name/team are solid lines, they are original.
Forget trying to guess the color of the backs. I have seen perfect fakes that need to be looped I bought 2 of them and realized 18 months later while viewing my set on the can that I had been duped! dan |
