The 65 packs in 62 wrappers were just an unusual thing. They were in fact high numbered series pack issued in 1962 wrappers. I first saw these packs back in 1991. I have seen other years wrapped in wrong wrappers,for instance. 1960 wax in a 1958 wrapper and also 1963 penny packs in 1962 wrappers. I have also seen 1971 packs in 1970 wrappers.

I posted that I picked this up before, but the seller lost it before he could send it to me! Well, he finally found it and now I am the new happy owner. It's a real beauty.
