No idea, the bottom says 1918. Doesn't seem to fit the players. Nice link, thx Chris.

Maybe I didn't get enough sleep last night, but I can swear that 2 sigs below Lefty Grove reads Lou Gehrig.
Given the names on the ball so far, I think the 1918 date maybe was added later?

Yep. That's Gehrig. And you've got Frank (Lefty) O'Doul. That's a tour of Japan ball.
