Default Does it have to be vintage?

If not, what about Dick Pole?

In baseball my two favorites have to be; "Slim" Love (Hollywood Stars), and "Snag" Wood (Cle Elum Athletics)

However, in sports, my fav's got to be NASCAR great Dick Trickle. Ironically sponsored by Miller High Life (1989 Rookie of the Year)

There was a basketball player in the Late 80's early 90's named Uwe Blab.

oo-way blob.

That was lots of fun for a grade-school kid.

The '41 Play Ball set has a bunch. I enjoy "Stormy Weatherly"

Default 1916 fun names

I always thought the 1916 Zeenut set had a bunch of fun names:

Beer of Oakland
Lush of Portland
'Bunny' Brief of Salt Lake
Nutt of Salt Lake
Hogg of Los Angeles
and of course Gay of San Francisco

Brian (not a funny name)

You just can't make this stuff up.

Neither vintage nor baseball...but what the hell were his parents thinking?

Dick Felt might be my new favorite...Anyways, a few of my faves are Wonderful Terrific Monds III, "Ugly" Dickshot, Heinie Berger, and Dick Brown... and of course I'll have to agree with the previously mentioned Rusty Kuntz. I still have one of his cards in with some of my best stuff..

I remember my mom correcting my pronunciation of his name when I was ten and reading the players names on cards... "it's rus-TEE KOONZ."

Whatever, mom.
