My first deal with Ted Holden. I think we were missing just one of the exclusives.

In June of 2003, we split the cost of the purchase on ebay (John Greco of Steeplechase Antiques was the seller) and then shared in the proceeds when Ted sold it off. I couldn't let that Burkett go to someone else, though and Ted graciously let me buy it from him!

Ted's a good guy. He's been over to the house several times. Love the vintage baseball card business sign on his car!! Kind of like one of those real estate car signs except for baseball cards. At least the first time or two he came over he had it on there, don't know about now. It is great.
