Hi Steve,
Welcome to net54! I am not an expert on Ted Williams autographs, but your ball looks to have a legit Ted Williams autograph on it. Did you get the autograph yourself and do you have any COA for it? Even with the ball's shortcomings that you mentioned, it should probably be worth $100 I would think, for what it's worth... I would like to see photos of all of the other panels on the ball and would like to know if you have a COA. Hopefully some more board members will chime in with their 2 cents...
