I would go for the York Caramels E210 Very beautiful set.

I vote for the 1921 Exhibits. 64 cards with Ruth, Cobb, Johnson, Speaker and a host of other HOFers. A set in VG+ should set you back $3-4000. Check them out.

+1. Or consider the 1926-1929 Exhibit Postcard backs--the quality of the photo reproduction images on most of the '20's Exhibits makes them the high-end cards of the era, IMHO. Is there a better looking card of Gehrig than the portrait from the '26-'29 Postcard back set??

I'd vote for E120. With it's designs around the borders, I find it more attractive than the typically drab 1920's back and white cards. The drawback, if you're looking for quick completion, is that it has 240 cards.
